1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ConnectingPilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or services.

2. Services Offered

ConnectingPilot provides job application management, resume and CV optimization, ATS auditing, and recruiter matching services.

• Manual Operations: All applications submitted under paid tiers are completed by human placement specialists to preserve quality and security.
• No Placement Guarantee: While we optimize search metrics and track listings dynamically, we do not guarantee job offers, placement timelines, or recruiter interviews.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Our platform operates on a recurring subscription model (Free, Professional, and Premium plans):

• Free Tier: Includes basic profile setup, single CV upload, and access to career tracking logs.
• Professional / Premium Tiers: Paid subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once optimization services are performed. You may cancel your plan at any time through your Billing Dashboard.
• No Finder Fees: We do not take placement commission or finder's fees. Your salary and earnings belong 100% to you.

4. User Account Integrity

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current credentials. You represent that your resume, certifications, work experiences, and degrees are genuine and truthful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts presenting falsified professional credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform design, SVG assets, system database schemas, and codebase (aside from your uploaded personal credentials) are the exclusive property of ConnectingPilot and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectingPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our placement optimization services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConnectingPilot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
