Your information is processed to execute career placement pilots, specifically:
- Reviewing and manually optimizing your CV to ensure ATS software compatibility.
- Directly submitting manual applications to hiring organizations and biotech/pharma portals on your behalf.
- Logging and tracking application lifecycle metadata in our secure ledger.
- Sending placement updates, match notifications, and recruiter correspondence hand-offs.
4. Data Storage and Security
We employ modern, production-grade security structures to keep your career files safe:
- S3-Compatible Vaults: All CVs and cover letters are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 presigned link storage configurations.
- Encrypted Databases: Account logs and placement ledger statuses are indexed inside secure SQLite databases with modern encryption layers.
- Zero Bot Policy: Because we perform manual submissions, your login or profile details are never fed to bulk automated crawlers or AI generators.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or professional data to third-party advertising companies. Your details are shared exclusively with target recruiters, CRO networks, and healthcare providers that match the specific positions you request.
